Geraniums are drought tolerant and thrive during the cooler seasons in Florida. These plants prefer a well draining site and will rot when overwatered. Using a fertilizer like Osmocote or Flower Tone and removing the dead blooms will encourage more flowers! Geraniums have an upright growth habit. Plant in a hanging basket, in the ground as a low border, or fill your container garden with them!
