Sometimes referred to as "tickseed" this Florida native wildflower is a hardy perennial that loves the sun. Use this in your pollinator garden as it feeds native bees, butterflies, and birds! This plant looks great when planted among other native wildflowers or en masse. They bloom during the warm weather. Cut back the dead flower stems to encourage more blooming. No need to fertilize as this plant is adapted to our native soil!
